Mike had spent most of his career in Information Technology as a Program Manager before purchasing Shadow Trackers. His greatest strength is planning and organizing in order to increase efficiency and provide added value. Mike enjoys the opportunities that come with operating his own company. He loves spending time with his family, particularly fishing with his kids.

Scott brought deep knowledge of finance, marketing, and sales into his purchase of Shadow Trackers. His greatest strength is communication, particularly telling the Shadow Trackers story. He has always been a spirited entrepreneur and enjoys meeting new people. He loves spending time with his wife on golf trips and watching his kids play sports.

Thor has enjoyed an extremely successful career in sales and business development, which is why we’re extra lucky to have him. He thrived as a sales coach and Regional Director for AAA MountainWest, and most recently worked for the United Way of Cascade County in Great Falls, Montana. He is honored to be an integral part of his son’s I Love This Life Foundation, which aims to give every child the hope and tools to dream big. Thor enjoys working out of our corporate offices in Meridian, so give him a ring!

Jodi has been with Shadow Trackers since 2005, proving to be a key developer and master of our screening process. Her greatest strengths are top-tier customer service and organization. Jodi loves working for Shadow Trackers because of the detailed research and the opportunity to provide safe working environments. She enjoys attending concerts and is an avid reader.

Melissa joined Shadow Trackers in 2014 as a Records Specialist before being promoted to Director of Research. Her greatest strengths are organization and attention to detail. Melissa loves working for Shadow Trackers because it allows her to provide the best life for her family. A happy mother and wife, she enjoys family time whenever she’s not working.

Over Christy’s 13 years with us, she has accumulated a vast knowledge of court records. She loves working for Shadow Trackers because of its mission and its kind, trusting environment. At home, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles and playing with her pugs Buffy and Lola.

Kallie joined Shadow Trackers in 2011 as a Records Specialist before being promoted to Team Lead in 2018. She has a strong knack for completing records checks and relaying information quickly and accurately. She loves the family environment of Shadow Trackers, and what it means for client experience. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her fiancée, and playing with her dachshund Frankie.

We welcomed Chandra in 2013, and her greatest strength is interpreting the unusually complicated records we occasionally get. Chandra loves it here because of the special way we help businesses, nonprofits and local governments. In her spare time, she loves creating memories and having new adventures with her children. She has a deep passion for white water and interior design.
